Love & War & the Sea in Between is the name of the album. Christianity today calls it “prophetic, incisive, achingly human, and longingly spiritual” and from what I’ve heard so far I completely agree. For the full article go here.
Apparently Josh has been recording music since 2002, though it would seem he’s flown pretty well beneath the radar of mainstream Christian music from that time till now. My first exposure to his stuff came earlier this year through an email from a friend who recommended a youtube video of his song Zion & Babylon. I didn’t pay much attention at the time, but a recent flurry of Facebook links to the free download of Josh’s new album sparked my interest.
